Overview

Before you send an enquiry

Most questions come down to three things: whether you need a licence, what the price actually covers, and how far in advance to book. The answers below cover all three.

If something is not here, send us the question directly. We answer with the specifics of your dates and the yacht rather than a general rule.

Do I need a boating licence to charter a yacht in Greece?
For bareboat charters a valid boating licence is required. If you do not have one, you can choose a skippered yacht, where a professional skipper handles the navigation.
Can I hire a skipper?
Yes. We offer professional skippers for guests who prefer to relax and enjoy the experience without navigating the yacht themselves.
What is included in the charter price?
The charter price usually includes the yacht rental, standard equipment, safety gear and insurance. Fuel, marina fees, provisioning, skipper, hostess and optional extras may be charged separately depending on the booking.
What extras can I add to my booking?
You can request optional extras such as:
  • Professional skipper
  • Hostess or chef
  • Airport transfers
  • Paddleboards (SUP)
  • Snorkelling equipment
  • Wi-Fi
  • Seabobs or water toys, subject to availability
How do I make a booking?
Send us your charter request through the enquiry form or contact us directly. Our team confirms availability and provides a personalised offer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and other payment methods agreed during the booking process.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the booking agreement. Please refer to our booking terms or contact us for details on cancellations and refunds.
Can I bring pets on board?
Some yachts allow pets on request. Please tell us before booking so we can recommend suitable yachts.
Which destinations do you cover?
We offer yacht charters across Greece, including the Ionian Islands, Cyclades, Saronic Gulf, Dodecanese, Sporades and Crete.
Is fuel included?
Fuel is generally not included in the charter price and is charged according to actual consumption unless otherwise stated.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety comes first. If conditions make sailing unsafe we discuss the available alternatives based on the charter agreement and local regulations.
What should I bring on board?
We recommend:
  • Soft luggage
  • Swimwear
  • Sunscreen
  • Sunglasses
  • Light clothing
  • Non-slip shoes
  • Personal documents
Is travel insurance required?
Travel insurance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected travel disruptions.
How far in advance should I book?
For the best yacht selection, especially during the summer season, we recommend booking several months in advance.
