Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once:
Written confirmation has been provided by Astra Yachting or the yacht owner.
Payments
Payment schedules may vary depending on the selected yacht and charter company.
Typically:
- An initial deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid before embarkation according to the agreed booking conditions.
Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process.
Security Deposit
Most yacht charters require a refundable security deposit before departure.
The deposit covers accidental damage or losses that may occur during the charter and is refunded after the yacht inspection, provided no claims arise.
Charter Documentation
Before departure, guests may be asked to provide:
- Crew list information
- Valid identification or passport
- Boating license (for bareboat charters)
- Additional documentation requested by the charter operator
Skipper Requirements
If you do not hold a valid boating license, you can book a professional skipper to operate the yacht throughout your charter.
Our team will gladly assist you in selecting the most suitable option.
Charter Changes
Any request to modify your reservation is subject to availability and approval by the yacht owner or charter operator.
Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the yacht, charter company and booking agreement.

Weather Conditions
