Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a boating license to charter a yacht in Greece?

For bareboat charters, a valid boating license is required. If you do not have a license, you can choose a skippered yacht, where a professional skipper will handle the navigation.

Yes. We offer professional skippers for guests who prefer to relax and enjoy the experience without navigating the yacht themselves.

The charter price usually includes the yacht rental, standard equipment, safety gear, and insurance. Fuel, marina fees, provisioning, skipper, hostess, and optional extras may be charged separately depending on the booking.

You can request optional extras such as:

  • Professional skipper
  • Hostess or chef
  • Airport transfers
  • Paddleboards (SUP)
  • Snorkeling equipment
  • Wi-Fi
  • Seabobs or water toys (subject to availability)

Simply send us your charter request through our booking form or contact us directly. Our team will confirm availability and provide a personalized offer.

We accept bank transfers and other payment methods agreed upon during the booking process.

Cancellation terms depend on the booking agreement. Please refer to our Booking Terms or contact us for detailed information regarding cancellations and refunds.

Some yachts allow pets upon request. Please inform us before booking so we can recommend suitable yachts.

We offer yacht charters across Greece, including the Ionian Islands, Cyclades, Saronic Gulf, Dodecanese, Sporades, Crete, and many other beautiful destinations.

Fuel is generally not included in the charter price and is charged according to actual consumption unless otherwise stated.

Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions make sailing unsafe, we will discuss the available alternatives based on the charter agreement and local regulations.

We recommend bringing:

  • Soft luggage
  • Swimwear
  • Sunscreen
  • Sunglasses
  • Light clothing
  • Non-slip shoes
  • Personal documents

Travel insurance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected travel disruptions.

For the best yacht selection, especially during the summer season, we recommend booking several months in advance.
